Our spaces are available for booking for a minimum of two days and up to 28 days. If you require a space for more than 28 days, we suggest exploring our corporate leasing options for a better fit. Our short-term rentals offer an unparalleled level of flexibility, convenience, and authenticity, making them perfect for travellers seeking a unique experience. Our properties can be found on various short-term rental platforms.

Are you relocating or traveling for work or in need of housing placement?

We provide corporate housing options with the goal of giving those who are relocating for work, finishing up temporary assignments, or in need of temporary housing for any other reason a comfortable and homey environment. Our corporate housing apartments provide all the same basic facilities as our short-term rentals, including cookware, furnishings, bedding, and utilities. In addition, we offer extra services like cleaning and maintenance. Business travelers may find corporate housing to be an affordable and useful substitute for standard hotel stays since it gives them the opportunity to live and work in a fully equipped and roomy environment. It is also a good choice for people or families that require short-term housing while looking for a long-term place to call home while moving.

As property managers, providing outstanding service to our renters is our first focus. Our goal is to keep every property in the best possible condition and to take care of any problems as soon as they appear. We are in charge of advertising the property, vetting prospective renters or visitors, keeping it clean, and taking care of any maintenance or repair concerns as soon as they arise. Our ultimate goal is to guarantee that every property is kept up to date and complies with all applicable rules and regulations.

Looking for a property manager?

Need a Cohost?

One of our duties as a co-host will be to oversee the daily upkeep of the property. This include interacting with visitors, promoting the property on several channels, overseeing check-ins and check-outs, and setting up cleaning and maintenance services. In return for our services, our business will take a cut of the rental revenue the property brings in.

For property owners who are always on the road or who need help with property management from a different location than their own, co-hosting is the perfect option. We are happy to help with all of your property management needs, and we provide co-hosting services on a first-come, first-served basis.
